We are looking for a qualified individual to work with the Network Manager to provide network/server technical support for the Cooperative Elevator Co.

Job Responsibilities

Key job responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for WLAN networks and hardware.
  • Effectively monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues.
  • Prepares servers and other equipment for operation.
  • Provides technical support on a variety of physical servers, VM servers, network firewalls, network switches and software.

Education and Experience

This person should possess excellent customer service & organizational skills, along with a bachelor’s degree in information systems management or related technology field with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
